Mission Statement

The New York National Guard Family Readiness Council, Inc., hereinafter known as "The Family Readiness Council" assesses the needs of the families of members of New York's Organized Militia, recommends solutions to meet those needs and seeks implementation of solutions on a state level. The Family Readiness Council provides direct and indirect assistance to the family members of the New York Organized Militia through grant programs, family readiness workshops and education events, and through family readiness outreach programs.
