The New York National Guard Family Readiness Council was created to provide financial assistance to members of the Army National Guard, Air National Guard,Naval Militia, and New York Guard, whose immediate families experience hardships during the Service Member’s period of deployment for Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and Homeland Defense Missions.
By competing in our event you are helping the families of your “Hometown Heroes” deal with the impact of long deployments, while improving your physical fitness and having a lot of fun.
